Hello folks! These are two pairs of miniature paintings, commissioned at Clockwork Alchemy, which I will be putting in lockets as soon as they are approved by my customers. All four are slightly more than 1″ tall, drawn with a dip pen nib and then painted in an ink wash of the same color.

Brown Ink Teacups in a Teardrop Locket
These mini-paintings created in brown ink on watercolor paper are each about 1/4″ across and 3/8″ tall. The mini-locket which holds the paintings is 5/8″ tall and 3/8″ wide when closed, and has a small flower engraving on the front.
Brown Ink Teapot on Silver-Tone Pendant
This mini-painting created in brown ink is about 1/2″ across and 3/4″ tall. The silver-tone cameo-back which holds the painting is 1-1/4″ tall and 1″ wide, including the bale at the top to string as a pendant. The mini-painting is on watercolor paper, glued to the pendant with archival glue. It will be varnished with archival museum varnish before it is sold.
Green Fairy and Absinthe in Teardrop Locket
These mini-paintings created in dark green ink on watercolor paper are each about 1/4″ across and 3/8″ tall. The mini-locket which holds the paintings is 5/8″ tall and 3/8″ wide when closed, and has a small flower engraving on the front.
Red Dragonfly in Clamshell Locket
This mini-painting created in red ink on watercolor paper is about 3/8″ in diameter. The brass clamshell which holds the painting is slightly more than 1/2″ in diameter.

I specialize in realistic, fine art treasures, portraits, wildlife art, and fantasy art, Celtic knotwork, and abstract minimalist art. My primary mediums include colored pencil, ink, and oil paint. Examples of my past work are displayed in these galleries. I am no longer selling art or taking commissions due to health problems.
This is the very first piece I have made like this. I plan to have a number available at Clockwork Alchemy, including blanks upon which to commission mini-art. I have a whole pile of lockets, and a few cameo-backs like this one.
