The cover material is raw silk. The ribbon embroidery is double-satin ribbon.

The tank top is a very modified version of a Truly Victorian blouse pattern. I used a linen fabric.

The skirt is a basic gored skirt, with pleated pseudo-suede along the bottom, and grommets tied with ribbon to hold up the draping. The drapes can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the ribbon.
