Continuing the Corvid series. 

Edit: I added a little bit more lighting on the head to help define the shape a bit more. I’m still considering adding some backlighting to fully define the shape of the head.

Edit Again: I attempted adding the bird’s left eye, but it just looked odd. I also attempted adding some backlighting, but that entirely destroyed the ethereal effect of the drawing, so I erased it. Finally, I added a bit more lighting along the top of the head, to define the tilt and give more sense of scale to the beak. I will not be making further changes to this drawing. I still encourage feedback, as it may help with future pieces, and many thanks to those who provided feedback on this piece.
