This day I focused more on roughly sketching figures and faces to practice proportion and placement. The bellydancer, musician, and girl with skateboard are all old prompts from a daily drawing group. The Wolverine was from a still of Hugh Jackman. I’m feeling a bit frustrated right now with my inability to render some details. I think I need to sit down and do some anatomy studies and hand and foot studies. I’m also frustrated at how long it took for me to draw the sketches as they are, but I know speed will come with renewed practice and confidence.
