I left enough room between the square and the circle for the name of the company to be typed in. Unfortunately, I also messed up the line on the lower part of the circle, but I can edit and clean that up.

I left enough room between the square and the circle for the name of the company to be typed in. This design is very similar to the previous one, but includes some alterations requested by ~DuckOfDeath.
Edit: I redid the design again. The lack of delicacy in the lines was bothering me too much to leave it alone.
